  • Very happy with my recent move with these guys. I unexpectedly found myself wanting to vacate a one bedroom apartment ASAP and put my stuff in storage. I emailed these guys on a Monday, got a fair price quote then scheduled the next day for a Saturday move. Movers arrived on time and were pleasant to deal with the whole time. They listened to my requests and respected my attempt to make a plan for how things would be stored in a limited space. I did all the packing into boxes, disassembly of tables, etc ahead of time. I just wanted someone to do the labor of lifting and moving items so I could avoid back injury. I was prepared to discard a few large items (used, inexpensive sofa) due to worry about lack of space in a storage unit. It was just cheaper to buy a new one rather than a second storage unit for several months. They managed to place things in my storage unit very efficiently allowing me to keep everything and have space left over. + Arrived on time + Wrapped all my furniture + Worked as a team to get items from 4th floor apartment down to a truck and pack safely but quickly. + Went straight to storage location (no delay) + Worked as a team again using storage facility carts to get items moved and packed as quickly as possible. + Nothing damaged, nothing broken + Charged by the hour in 15 minute increments and they stayed busy while on the clock. Will call these guys when I'm moving out of my storage unit and into a new home.

  • Great experience! These guys just completed moving a friend from a 3rd floor apartment to my house and then moved the rest to storage. They were awesome! They never stopped moving and the three of them worked together efficiently. They wrapped furniture, took necessary steps to protect things and were very respectful of my personal property when they got to my home (they had to maneuver around all my things). They were priced a bit higher than other quotes, but it was worth it. I've used other movers and even posted some reviews of them on google (not so good). This company delivered outstanding service and communication.

  • Nick plus 2 other hardworking efficient movers unloaded our 20' truck that travelled from MI this past Thursday. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and these 3 guys worked their butts off. Nick also helped us figure out how to put together a bed frame which my German engineer fiance crafted and was quite a mystery. Ian took care of my initial request immediately and confirmed a time and date as well as responded to my follow-up questions promptly.   • I had to call these guys for a next day move due to being scammed by Denver Professional Movers the day before. Ian at the office was honest and accurate based on the info I gave him. 3 guys showed up on time and did the same amount of work (loaded/unloaded a 26 ft trailer once) as DPM who had 5 guys in only 30 minutes more. They were polite, careful, fast & very personable. They saved the day; simply put. I will recommend and rehire these guys in a heartbeat. I used 2 local companies in 2 days and can no doubt make a solid comparison. Denver Small Moves has the "best movers in Denver".

All I had heard were horror stories about movers breaking things, charging hidden fees, and taking longer than the allotted time, so I was nervous about choosing this company based on its reviews. It was convenient and easy to book online and I was able to get the exact date and time slot I wanted. They showed up EARLY, worked quickly, were careful with my fragile items, and finished exactly at the two hour mark with all of my belongings where I wanted them in my new home.   • First time ever hiring a mover after many many moves from the military and various jobs. They were professional, worked well as a team and had good attitudes. I can’t ask for more especially after the fact the truck that they loaded with everything had to be towed and transfer all belongings to a new truck before reaching our destination.   • You tell me if this isn't good. Called and arrived early. Isn't that something being early. Pleasant and did thorough walk through. Worked so hard, so fast and was out of 2 bedroom apt fast. Met at new place and off loaded fast and efficient. The guys were amazing and very, very friendly. They helped take apart things, get rid of things and put things back together. They knew how to run tools not this let's see how it goes. I would highly recommend these guys for moves.

We moved to a third floor condo and they got the job done without complaint. I emailed for a quote, and Justin was right in contact with me, said it would probably be 3 hours of moving - I know how much stuff we had, so I figured it would take about 4 hours to move our 2 bedroom apartment to our new house across town, and it took 4:30 with traffic. The guys were running a half hour behind but called me to let me know. They were careful and professional with everything, and good dudes. This is opposed to the OTHER "family business" guys, who couldn't be bothered to return my phone call until a week before our move, and who refused to give even any ballpark figure besides "NOT TO EXCEED $5,000". What does that even mean? Is it $500? Is it $3500? Do yourself a favor. Call Denver Small Moves.

  • I was all set for a move last Saturday with another company. They were scheduled for 830 am. They decided that the weather that day was "not safe for their movers" (it was a slight drizzle off and on). They never showed, never called and their voicemail box was full. 3 hours passed and I got a text to find someone else. They quite literally left us in a bind. I had called Denver Small moves for a quote and (foolishly) went with the "other" company solely based on price (the other company was slightly lower). When I called in a panic on Saturday, Justin was kind and understanding. He quickly made arrangements to help us. He sent 3 movers almost immediately - last minute. I couldn't believe it. Orlando, Corey and Billy were awesome. Kind, understanding and very professional. They made quick work of a huge job and they hustled! My friends and I were in awe! They were careful with my belongings, patient with me (when I didn't know where something should go) and very well mannered. They were worth every dollar.   • I really need to preface this by saying that I have had HORRIBLE experiences with movers in the past. Like, police investigation horrible. That said, these guys had a lot to overcome. They showed up and it had snowed overnight. Three inches of snow on the ground, cold and wet and these guys showed up with great attitudes ready to work. They worked VERY hard all day long and were consistently happy and kind. They were very careful and handled everything gently. We have one antique that is very fragile and required special attention. They spent time discussing how they were going to securely move it and listened to all of our concerns before proceeding. I could not have asked for better movers. There is NO QUESTION that these guys are top notch professionals. Do yourself a favor and hire them!!!

  • These guys were awesome. From the first rapidly provided quote (with zero hidden fees) to the actual move their customer service was great. The guys called with their anticipated arrival time allowing me to have everything ready. Despite some snow and cold weather, the moving crew worked super hard, nonstop, moved everything I asked them to, they were careful with my stuff and finished the job on time. This was partly due to the fact that Denver Small Moves provided 3 people for the move; other moving companies only offered a crew of 2 people. When setting up my dining room table on a wood floor the guys even took the time to put pads on the bottom of the table legs and chairs so that they wouldn't scuff the floor! I can't say enough good things about them. Let's face it, moving sucks, but these guys made it so much easier! I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon but if I do I'll use Denver Small Moves!

They hustled as a cohesive unit and didn't ask us for help at all (which is fine by me, we would have only gotten in the way). We finished before our originally guessed end time.   • I was unfortunately unable to utilize their services but their customer service is exceptional. I was working on getting a sofa into my apartment and hit a dead end and needed it hoisted up to the second floor so I started calling around looking for some help and got in contact with Justin. He told me that they do what I need but didn't have any availability today. Most businesses (the big national corporations) straight up told me no, and when I asked if they knew anyone else in the area who might be able to help said no and basically ended the conversation. When I asked Justin he provided me with a couple of options to call, one of which I ended up using. I most likely wouldn't have my sofa in my apartment today if it weren't for Small Moves and their excellent Customer Service. In an industry where I need all my belongings treated like valuables, being treated like family and helped regardless of whether I am a customer is invaluable and I will recommend them to everyone.

They got back to me with a quote and to book almost instantaneously about a week before my move and responded very quickly to emails, and showed up early the day of. I had done a quick/laxidaisical job packing at best and things were poorly organized - they did a walk-through, assessed, and were able to move everything out in about a half hour. Extremely quick and efficient, and disassembled/furniture wrapped everything that needed it. They were careful with my furniture/possessions (even though most of my stuff didn't need it). The crew was friendly and courteous, and at the new apartment did a walk through to confirm where I wanted everything, and asked if I wanted anything placed differently before they left. Price was as quoted, and the half hour over the minimum (due to the distance between locations) was also as quoted, and seemed on par with other moving companies (and was probably only slightly more expensive than hiring my own truck and a couple college students). Would highly recommend.

  • From start to finish Denver Small Moves was a wonderful experience! Ken was kind helpful and responsive by both phone and email. Then Justin and Alex were amazingly efficient, kind, and super considerate! I would highly recommend them and call them again. Thanks guys- moving is tough and you made it a whole lot better!

  • This was our first time hiring professional movers and we are very happy with our choice of Denver Small Moves. They were reasonably priced, prompt, and caring. They moved our two bedroom apartment in under two hours which made our move so easy. We had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to resolve it.   • This was our first experience using professional movers, and we were beyond impressed. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were incredibly efficient and took great care when moving our fragile furniture. Christian, Willy and Troy were very friendly, they showed up on time, took an assessment of what items were being moved and created a game plan to get the job done quickly and safely. We definitely plan to use DSM for our next move!

  • I recently hired Denver Small Moves to move me from the RINO neighborhood to the Highlands. My busy work schedule made it almost impossible to find time to move so I decided to hire movers to help with my transition. Best choice I could of made! Small Moves was great from the ease of booking my move, to the move itself. They were prompt, profession and I really appreciated the extra care they took with my belongings. It was all a huge weight off my shoulders and made this moving experience painless, which we all know what a nightmare moving can be! They were personable and, although appreciated our help, were sure to let us just watch as they professionally wrapped everything valuable/scuffable to a great degree. They were on-time and made the move within an hour from start to finish! I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for an inexpensive and extremely fast move!
